An Elite B2B Gathering Connecting Saudi Buyers with Global Travel Leaders
QnA International has confirmed that the 4th Annual Kingdom Business & Luxury Travel (KBLT) Congress will convene in Riyadh on 15–16 September 2025 at the Mövenpick Hotel and Residences. Widely regarded as the Kingdom’s most exclusive B2B platform, the congress connects global travel suppliers with Saudi Arabia’s most influential corporate, luxury, and MICE travel buyers.
Set apart by its boutique design, KBLT focuses on creating value-driven outcomes rather than scale. Delegates will participate in curated one-to-one meetings, market insights sessions, international thought leadership on luxury travel, and high-level networking opportunities.
The 2025 programme will explore emerging consumer priorities, from Generation X’s preference for heritage to Generation Z’s desire for immersive and shareable experiences. Incentive travel will be discussed as a driver of aspiration and loyalty, alongside the transformative role of AI-powered personalisation and the debate between sustainability and technology in shaping future travel. Additional sessions will highlight the influence of Saudi women, developments in VVIP travel, and the growing relevance of wellness and purpose-led luxury.
Over 120 Saudi travel buyers will attend, meeting with leading international suppliers across luxury hospitality, aviation, destinations, cruises, and DMCs. The event will highlight new opportunities in wellness tourism, family travel, halal-friendly options, and influencer-led journeys, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.
Sulaiman Al-Romi, Honorary Chairman of the Advisory Board, CEO of Saudi Premier Travel & Tourism Group, and Chairman of Gulf Reps Ltd., stressed the need for authenticity in tailoring experiences: “Loyalty is built through tailored experiences, not generic packages.” He added that Saudi travellers in 2025 will be “younger, highly informed, and experience-driven with wellness, gastronomy, and cultural immersion defining their choices.”

Mr Al-Romi further remarked: “Saudi outbound travel will continue to grow rapidly, led by a generation seeking global luxury with a local soul. KBLT plays a key role in guiding brands on how to authentically connect with Saudi travellers through strategic partnerships, insight sharing, and curated experiences that reflect the values and aspirations of the Kingdom.”
Director Mr Sidh NC commented that the 2025 edition would set new standards for influence in the region, describing the congress as “a strategic catalyst where international business and luxury travel leaders meet Saudi stakeholders to forge the ideas and partnerships that will shape the Kingdom’s outbound sector for the future.”
