QnA International has announced that the Moscow City Tourism Committee will join the 4th Annual Kingdom Business & Luxury Travel (KBLT) Congress as a Destination Partner on 15–16 September 2025 in Riyadh.
The KBLT Congress is the Kingdom’s exclusive networking platform, uniting top Saudi buyers with luxury travel providers, global destinations, and hospitality leaders. The two-day event features exclusive meetings, insightful panels, and collaboration-driven discussions, supporting Saudi Arabia’s expanding outbound luxury tourism industry.
Moscow’s involvement follows a remarkable rise in Saudi arrivals. In 2024, the Russian capital hosted over 52,000 Saudi visitors, representing a 470% surge year-on-year. Since the launch of Russia’s e-visas in August 2023, Saudi nationals have ranked as the second-largest applicants, further cementing Moscow’s status as a strategic growth market.
The city is actively aligning its tourism development with Saudi travellers’ preferences. From highly anticipated cultural series like “Summer in Moscow” and “Winter in Moscow”, to expanding halal-compliant hotels, dining options, and religious facilities, Moscow is dedicated to offering tailored travel experiences. The forthcoming VDNH Expo — set to become Russia’s largest exhibition and events complex — also positions the city as a rising business tourism hub.
Maya Anurova, Head of Business Tourism Development Department, Moscow City Tourism Committee, said:
“Moscow is ready to welcome more Saudi visitors than ever before. We offer a destination where rich heritage meets modern comfort, where luxury and authenticity coexist, and where every traveller — whether on business or leisure — can find a tailored experience. The remarkable growth in Saudi arrivals in 2024 proves that our efforts are working, and we are committed to strengthening these ties even further.”
As a Destination Partner, Moscow seeks to use its presence at KBLT 2025 to highlight its offerings, connect with Saudi outbound decision-makers, and strengthen its reputation as both a luxury leisure destination and a business events hub.

Sidh NC, Director of QnA International, added:
“We are thrilled to welcome Moscow as a Destination Partner at KBLT 2025. The city’s remarkable growth in attracting Saudi travellers reflects the exciting opportunities that exist in this market. As the Kingdom’s outbound travel sector continues to expand, KBLT serves as the essential bridge between Saudi buyers and leading global destinations, and Moscow’s participation adds immense value to this dialogue.”
